• How long will it take for you to create my website?

• Do you provide entire website design along with the web development services?

• How do you maintain web sites?

  No. We work on time-based billing for reasons that benefit our clients, and guaranteeing fixed-time results means compromising on that clarity and delivering sub-optimal results to clients. The team may be able to give you an idea, but that is not a business guarantee.

• Can you come on-site?

  Yes we do, where required. This may be especially useful in initial requirements gathering, final implementation or other pain points. In such cases, our consultants will work on-site at pre-decided rates.

• Do I receive the copyrights for my project?

  Upon delivery of the final payment, we transfer all rights to the project to you. It is solely your property and we reserve no rights to it. We also ask for your permission to use the project for our portfolio and case study.

  We will send you regular project status reports. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules (normally email) and ad-hoc meetings (usually tele-conferences, or live chat).

• Do you have your own development centre, or do you work on subcontract?

  We have our own development centre, but in some situtaion we do sub-contract.

• Do you provide technical support and maintenance?

  Yes. We provide technical support and application maintenance services on request.

• Do I need to meet you to discuss on my requirements?

  Necessarily not. We have various communication modes like phone, chat, remote session, online meeting and email to discuss with you to understand your requirement.
